Authors and Papers Registration

The ICSEng 2023 committee has taken a decision to facilitate hybrid mode of the conference - participants with accepted papers can join in person or remotely

If your paper is accepted, it is necessary to register in order for the paper to be published in the proceedings and presented in the conference. If you have more than one accepted paper, please register each paper.

Registration Fees

• Registration Fee:

  - $460 USD - Participation registration fee (one paper)
  - $360 USD - Additional paper registration (for every additional paper)
  

• Extra Pages:

  - $100 USD for each extra page

• Extra Banquet Tickets:

  - $60 USD for each extra ticket

The Regular Registration Fee for delegates attending the conference includes:

• Access to all keynote addresses, special sessions and tracks offered by the conference,
• Only one paper of up to 10 pages is included in the regular registration fee. The additional page charge is $100 USD per page.

Authors

Please note that for a paper to be published, the following requirements must be met:

• Each paper must be registered and fully paid for
• The final paper must be correctly formatted and submitted as per guidelines given by the Springer's guidelines. Formatting templates can be downloaded from here:

  • LaTex
• Deadline for registration and full payment is June 2, 2023. Deadline for Camera Ready Paper submission is June 2, 2023. Failure to meet these deadlines will result in your paper NOT being published

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Please note that in the event you choose to withdraw, a non-refundable handling charge of $50 USD will be deducted prior to issuing the refund. Refunds will only be issued until the registration deadline of June 2, 2023 and upon receiving a written request for refund.

Steps to register the paper:

• 1. Complete Consent to Publish document and sign it
• 2. Prepare camera-ready final version of the paper
• 3. Download and sign the Publishing Agreement Publishing Agreement (it is enough that one, contact author will sign the agreement).
• 4. Create ZIP file with final paper and consent to publish (publishing agreement) and upload the ZIP file here: http://icseng.com/submission/author/upload.php?t=final
• 5. Make full payment using option(s) below. Remember to include paper id for which the payment is done - in the "Description" field.
